Online and in person, Gianna offers personalized sessions for creating, developing, and refining your practice or teaching. Prior to sessions, Gianna gathers insight into where you are coming from and where you would like to go. Be it injuries or ailments, current struggles and fortunes, overall health and wellness, or goals and dreams, your one on one sessions will give you the opportunity to meet your body in new ways and work toward creating overall balance through your prescribed OmWork. Whether you are a first time yoga practitioner or a teacher looking for deeper ways to diversify and hone your craft, virtual or face to face coaching can fuel your next moves.

Each student leaves with a document outlining the days work and how to practice it.

Please email info@giannayoga.com first prior to booking to ensure spaces are available.

CLASS FEEDBACK SESSIONS

An integral ways to advancing your class, getting regular feedback and working to apply homework as often as possible can be the perfect process to help you in your next teaching step.

Through this forum, Gianna spends time taking your class, taking notes, and devising a plan for you to evolve your corrections, themes, and to stream line your class to better help your students and become the teacher you want to be.

Whether you have been caught stagnant in your teaching or are just beginning to teach, there is always somewhere to go and something to work on. This exchange is to get a new set of eyes on your class and offer a mentorship to those who are having a hard time finding one.

After filling out the survey, you will be contacted by Gianna directly and asked to send a voice memo and downloadable recording of your class. She then will get back to you with detailed feedback via email and schedule a follow up as needed.

*feedback is always given in a loving and productive way but is always subjective. Take what works learn from what doesn’t. Your feedback is given in a weeks of you sending your class.

Questions and replies are encouraged.
