During your Skype time, Gianna will gather insight into where you are coming from and where you would like to go, injuries or ailments, current struggles and fortunes, and overall health and wellness experience and dreams. Your virtual sessions will give you the opportunity to meet your body in new ways and work toward creating overall balance through your prescribed OmWork. Whether you are a first time yoga practitioner or a teacher looking for deeper ways to diversify or hone your craft, virtual coaching can fuel your next moves.

105F 26&2 Teacher Training
Partnered with the 105F Original Hot Yoga, Gianna and her staff work through this 300 hour straight training with teacher trainees covering the Hot Yoga 26&2 cues and postures, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, ethics, and business of yoga. Certified with the OHYA and YA, teachers leaving with the knowledge to safely and with compassion move students through a 90 and 60 minute series that builds endurance, improves range of motions, frees the mind and builds spirit.

Maha hatha teacher training
A 3 leveled system, the Siddhi School of Yoga has constructed a series of hatha practices meant to take the yogi through pranayama and asana work to find ultimate liberation through mind body connection. Practiced hot or not, these levels incorporate many common postures seen in the classica 84 asana in the Ghosh lineage accompanied by common hatha and asana training techniques. Throughout the teacher training process, students are taken through sadhana development, posture geometry, human anatomy, breath work, and meditation techniques necessary to transition a yoga student into a yoga teacher.

26&2 Alignment Workshop
Commonly offered in a two hour setting, this workshop looks at common themes woven through the 26&2 Hot Yoga postures and provides students with a different insight of how to approach their normal 90 minute class.
50 hour practice intensive
Moving towards the practice of advanced asana as an advanced practitioner does not ask for an “advanced body” demonstrating “deep poses.” Rather, a practitioner’s willingness of the mind to move just outside a seeming comfort and without attachment towards the unknown, maps an advanced yoga practitioner. This course begins the day with hatha class and completes the day with vinyasa class, offering a unifying range of mechanical understanding, diversity of positioning, and diverse practice methodology.
Ranging from 4 to 6 consecutive days, this open week of practice is meant to merge students and teachers passionate about practice and interested in the powers of challenging oneself through asana. This course covers alignment of common hatha and vinyasa poses, asana training techniques, pranayama work, and two asana practices a day.
In a workshop setting, students are lead through a series of movements to heighten their awareness in space, the use of their hands on the floor, and their breath in relation to gravity to create a framework of strength to invert. To find what each student is working on in their own inversion practice, we run through drills and postures which leave students with foundational understanding to go home and expand their study.
Systematically prepping the body for spine work, students are lead through a series of movements to move towards the break down of common backbend postures. These movements lubricate the spine and the mind on the quest of comfort in ones backbend practice and establish the confidence necessary to reach ones backbend goals.
Continuing to be interested, inspired, and active in ones teaching can be challenging at times. Gianna works one on one, or in small group settings with teachers looking to fuel their passion for teaching. Through group discussion, the study of voice and speech, a look at ones individual practice, and goals we create a personal road map for teachers to progress in their teaching.
Full Spectrum Hatha Class
Taught hot or cold, this asana practice using traditional hatha yoga techniques, is comprised of common hatha postures pulled from the classical 84 asanas and texts. Throughout this class, practitioners of all levels are welcomed to a place of healthy challenge and introspection.
In Depth Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
This 3 module course is split into a leveled system. Level 1 is a 12 day study breaking down hatha poses comprised into a 90 minute series. This module is the foundation for those new and old to teaching, covering lifestyle, ethics, philosophy, anatomy, asana practice and breakdown, pranayama, and meditation. Level 2 is a 4 day immersion breaking down a progressive approach to the classic 26&2 series. This 60 and 90 minute practice includes training techniques, advanced expressions, and third sets of the postures. Level 3 is a 7 day course running through an advanced hatha practice. Together, all modules make up a 500 hour certification and create a comprehensive expression of a hot or not hatha practice for all levels of interest.
An adaptation of the Ashtanga Yoga practice combined with classical hatha postures, this vinyasa class presents a full body flow including pranayama, asana, and meditation to empower the body and enlighten the mind.
